Gated kubectl apply, pod restart, scale, drain, delete. Destructive actions always escalate to humans, even in Autonomous mode.
AWS
EC2 instance lifecycle, S3 bucket policies, RDS modifications, IAM changes. Every state-changing API call is scored before it fires.
Google Cloud
Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, IAM. Same model as AWS — reads run free, writes get scored, destructive operations wait.
Terraform
Plan-and-apply workflow with gate review on plan output. Drift, destroy, and replace actions park for human approval.
Datadog
Read metrics and logs without gating. Monitor muting, downtime scheduling, and alert modifications are gated.
PagerDuty
Incident triage from alerts. Creating, acknowledging, and resolving incidents is gated per-tenant based on override history.
Grafana
Read-only by default. Dashboard and alert rule edits are gated; query execution runs free.

PR comments, issue creation, workflow triggers. Direct commits, force pushes, and branch deletes always escalate.
